Shipping
All premade orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within the next 1–2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Once your order is packed and the shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 3-day return policy, meaning you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. If approved, a prepaid return label will be provided and a $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Sale items, gift cards, and all hats are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
