- All premade orders will be processed within 1-5 business days after purchase.
- Shipping times may vary depending on which shipping option is chosen during checkout.
- Orders placed on Weekends & Holidays will begin processing within the next 1-2 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is packaged & shipping label is created.
Lost/Stolen Packages
"My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?"
- Once orders have been shipped, USPS/UPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. We recommend contacting your local post office for further assistance.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We work hard to fulfill orders quickly, so please review your cart and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations once the shipping process has begun.

Insufficient Address/Return to sender
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the buyer's package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, WE WILL NOT RE-SHIP. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS BEFORE ORDERING. NO ADDRESS CHANGES AT ALL AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED.
